Returns and Refunds

Crave by Lex accepts returns and refunds based on the following conditions:

All Returns and Refunds must be approved by a Customer Service Representative.

• The item must have been purchased from our online website (www.cravebylex.com).
• All items must be brand new and shipped in the original product packaging.
• All items must be shipped to sender within 14 days of being delivered.
• To obtain further return information & to arrange return please contacts our Customer Service Representative through the “contact us” form, please include the order number and reason for return or refund.
• If items are used under no circumstances would returns or refunds be granted.

In case of a refund request, please remember to request within 3 days of receiving the item.

All carrier cost including original shipping charges are none refundable.
